The minimum stay is 3 nights, unless a special offer is indicated at the time of booking.
The property is rented for the period stated in the booking confirmation and cannot be used as a primary residence.

-
The cleaning fee of €55 per stay
-
The tourist tax (taxe de séjour), payable in addition
-
Any applicable extra charges for additional guests or extra services requested by the guest
Prices are stated in euros (€).

7. Booking and Confirmation
All booking requests are subject to availability.
A booking becomes final upon:
-
Acceptance of these Terms by the guest;
-
Receipt of the payment specified at booking;
-
Written booking confirmation issued by the host.
For bookings made 30 days or more prior to arrival, a 30% deposit of the total accommodation cost is payable immediately upon booking. The remaining 70% balance will be automatically charged to the payment card on file 30 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount is payable immediately upon booking.
Payments are processed securely online via credit or debit card (Stripe) at checkout.
8. Cancellation by the Guest
-
Free Cancellation: You may cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior to the check-in date for a 100% refund of any deposit paid.
-
Non-Refundable Period (Within 30 Days): Once the remaining balance is collected 30 days prior to arrival, the full booking amount becomes strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, shortened stays, or no-shows within 30 days of check-in.
-
Travel Insurance: Guests are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance. The host cannot refund payments for cancellations made within the 30-day non-refundable window, regardless of the cause (including personal emergencies, illness, or transport delays).
-
Tourist Tax: If local tourist tax (taxe de séjour) was collected for a booking that is subsequently canceled, it will be fully refunded, as tourist tax is only due for nights actually stayed.
9. Cancellation by the Host & Force Majeure
If, due to circumstances beyond her control, the host is unable to provide the property on the scheduled dates, the guest will be informed as quickly as possible. All payments received for services not rendered will be promptly refunded. Where cancellation is attributable to the host, applicable legal provisions regarding liability and compensation apply.
In the event of force majeure (including natural disasters, official administrative decrees, or municipal orders prohibiting access to the property), neither party shall be held liable for non-performance of the contract. In such cases, all payments received for unfulfilled nights will be refunded in full, excluding any further compensation.
10. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or during a specific period.

The accommodation must be vacated on time to allow preparation for incoming guests.
The guest agrees to leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy state. The €55 cleaning fee covers standard post-stay cleaning and does not exempt the guest from following basic check-out guidelines.

Guests agree to report any damage or malfunction as soon as possible during their stay to enable prompt action.
16. Absence of Security Deposit
No upfront security deposit is required at booking.
The absence of a pre-collected deposit does not relieve the guest of their financial responsibility for damage. In the event of post-departure damage, the host will issue an itemized statement of costs to the guest for payment.
17. Linen and Amenities
Bed linen, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided.
All equipment and items provided must be used in accordance with their intended purpose and any instructions provided.

The host commits to providing accommodation matching the description presented at booking and ensuring normal maintenance.
The host shall not be held responsible for temporary service disruptions beyond her control (such as power, water, or internet outages) or unpredictable external events.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during their stay.
20. Complaints & On-Site Assistance
Any issues regarding the property or its operation must be reported to the host as soon as possible so that steps can be taken to resolve them during the stay.

These Terms are governed by French law.
